CLEAN ROOM, CLEANLINESS OF THE ROOM, ONLY DOWNSIDE WAS THE SIZE OF THE ROOM EXPECTING FOR THE BED TO BE PARALLEL WITH EACH OTHER BUT IT WAS IN AN L SHAPE, LITTLE TIGHT , BUT OVERALL SATISFIED , , WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN

Location is like 10 minutes walk to MTR. Around 15 minutes walk to main Langham Place and Grand Plaza

This is my third or fourth time staying at iclub mongkok and I like the location, the convenience and friendly staff. Oh i loved that the water is now available from the dispenser, and not in bottles. Very eco friendly initiative that deserves full support especially in HK which is crazy about plastic..

Hotel is new and facilities are clean. Location was excellent. Many good food choices close by and very convenient to get to 2 different MTR stations and nearby malls. Rooms were cleaned and organized every day if needed. Small breakfast selection of pastries and coffee in the morning was complimentary.

Close high to the MRT, great views of Kowloon and surrounding areas. The staff were helpful.

The hotel has 24 concierge, we had to check-in at 5am so this was highly appreciated. The room is small but it was clean. And it’s around a 5 min walk to Mongkok Station.
