The location was fantastic. Close to 3 MTR stations, close to a lot of restaurants and shops, all within walking distance from the hotel. We had adjoining rooms with internal access, which meant that the whole family had access to both rooms via the internal door. The rooms were spacious - in fact, they were bigger than expected. The water pressure was sensational. The water filter on the shared amenities floor was great, as were the morning snacks.

Spacious compared to most budget hotels. They have an open-air lounge that offers free coffee and bread, and you can refill cold drinking water anytime. Housekeeping is provided daily, with fresh towels replaced each time. Good water pressure, and the hot shower works well. No fuss during check-in or check-out.

This is my third or fourth time staying at iclub mongkok and I like the location, the convenience and friendly staff. Oh i loved that the water is now available from the dispenser, and not in bottles. Very eco friendly initiative that deserves full support especially in HK which is crazy about plastic..

Hotel is new and facilities are clean. Location was excellent. Many good food choices close by and very convenient to get to 2 different MTR stations and nearby malls. Rooms were cleaned and organized every day if needed. Small breakfast selection of pastries and coffee in the morning was complimentary.
